About Us
Hannah's Home is located in Tequesta, Florida and serves at-risk, pregnant young women aged 18 - 30 years old who have been coping with poverty, homelessness, unhealthy relationships, social disruption, and a lack of essential resources. They are eligible to stay in the program until their baby is two years old.
